Seahorse Cards is made by Seahorse Ltd, a software company registered in England & Wales, based in Teesside, UK. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain English.

What we collect

  • Your account: the email address and name from your Google sign-in, used only to sign you in and let you manage your card.
  • Your card: whatever you choose to put on it - name, job title, company, contact details, links, and your character design. Your card is public by design at the link you choose.
  • Card stats: anonymous counters (page views, QR scans, contact saves, NFC writes). We store the country of a visit at most - never IP addresses, device details, or anything that identifies a visitor.

Marketing

At sign-up there's an optional, unticked box asking if we can email you about Seahorse products. We record your choice with a timestamp and honour it. Untick it any time by deleting your account or emailing us.

Deleting your data

Dashboard → Delete account. It permanently removes your account, your card, and every stat - a hard delete, not a soft one. Your card link becomes available to others.

Where it lives

Data is hosted in the EU. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything beyond running this product.
